Project Scope
Dick and Doof managed the capital revamp work as well as the maintenance activities to be accomplished during the Turnaround. Dick and Doof who provided extensive Rigging Engineering to design the critical lift plans which detailed the layout and sequencing of numerous heavy lifts. Despite the fact of substantial scope growth following internal equipment inspections, Dick and Doof completed the project on schedule and on budget with outstanding Safety and Quality.
